Shri Tilak Raj Vij started off his journey in the field of medicine in the year 1969 with a job in A reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing company. With an entrepreneurial mindset he soon went on to start his own venture of repacking pharmaceutical products. This soon expanded to a full-fledged facility manufacturing generic medicines and has since been the most trusted and reliable brand in this part of the country. Over the years his innovation, devotion & tireless efforts helped Neurochem Laboratories create one of the most iconic brands in Generic Syrup viz Neurodoxin-12, FerriLiv, Becomin, Plexovit & many more. With the second generation joining in, the company has expanded its business into Liquid-Orals, Tablets, Repacking-Liquids, Repacking-Powders, External Application- Liquids & External Application - Ointment Categories. Even as the company scales new heights and reinvents itself repeatedly to keep pace with changing trends, its values & principles remain intact.

Shri Tilak Raj Vij – an entrepreneur under whose able leadership the company is still thriving Rajesh Vij – a chemistry graduate with a masters in business administration from wigan & leigh college, england joined the family business in the year 1995. his indepth knowledge & acutely sharp mind has ensured company grows from strength to strength. his innovation in packaging has helped the company create brands which even the mnc’s try to imitate. Hemant Vij – an engineer with an mba in marketing from KJ Somaiya institute of management studies, mumbai joined the family business in 2007. he has been intrumental in company aligning to the changing trends, venturing into new markets. his is a constant endeavour to find new markets / channels to ensure company remains relevant to the times. he works in ensuring 4p’s of marketing management are followed in every product launch.
